When is Re-Balancing Required?
Testing & Balancing is not only for new systems. Re-balancing is critically recommended when:
- • Equipment Replacement: When any primary HVAC equipment, motor, coil, or fan component has been replaced.
- • Control Setting Alteration: If maintenance personnel have altered control valves, damper linkages, or BMS settings.
- • Post Cleaning & Overhaul: After deep duct cleaning, chemical flushing of heat exchangers, or filter replacements.
- • Internal Building Alteration: Whenever architectural floor layouts or partitions are altered for new occupancy usage.

Air & Water Balance (TAB)

Hospital Accreditation Testing
